Return Process

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Storyjewellery purchase. If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please:

  1. Email us at sweetgiftjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photo proof.
  3. Await review: our customer service team will process your request within 1–2 business days. (Requests after 4 PM EST begin processing the next business day.)

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible.

Return Conditions

Upon receipt, Storyjewellery reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is:

  • Worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way;
  • Customized or personalized (no refunds on custom pieces);
  • Lost in transit (we recommend using a trackable carrier).

Due to possible regional delays from COVID-19, we cannot issue refunds based solely on shipping delays.

Return Policy

We gladly refund items with confirmed manufacturing defects. The return processing timeline is up to 14 business days from the day we receive your package. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and processed.

Return Shipping Fee

Please note:

  • Return shipping is not covered by Storyjewellery.
  • Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, your bank will post the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
  • If you haven’t seen your credit yet:
  1. Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time to process on their end.
  2. If you still have concerns, email us at sweetgiftjewelry@gmail.com.
